UP SLIP AND DOWN SLIP ACTIVITY

The 4000 tons vessel is building on ship platform. If the place of passing through airbags is coincidence with the piers, the shipyard need remove the piers for airbags. Now the piers high are 1000mm in average.  Airbags use double row, both airbags are apart from 6000mm. Launching uses airbags as carrier, and uses traction winch.
The weather of launching day should ni wind and sunshine, and launching at high time.

Launching vessel has four stages :

• Equipment transport to shipyard .
• Pass through the airbags under the vessel follows the winch the piers , clean the vessel bottom .
• Move the vessel from platfrom to ramp way and then launching at the high tide.
• reclaim the airbags.
